  • Walk-In Clinic

    Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday: 11:30 am to 4:30 pm

    NEW! Walk-In Clinic spots can now be booked online, by phone, or in-person at the clinic!

    Online: Click here to book online (up to 8 hrs prior to time of appointment). Once all online-bookable spots are filled, no spots will be visible to book that day.

    By Phone: Call 780-865-3338, and press 6. This phone line opens at 9am on each day that Walk-In Clinic operates, and a voice message will indicate once all phone-bookable spots are full.

    In-Person: Visit the front desk to book any available appointment. Doors open at 9am, and a sign will be posted on the front door once Walk-In Clinic is full that day.

    (Note: Pap tests, form completion, and Driver’s Medicals if over 75, are not seen in Walk-In Clinic. If you do not have a family doctor, call the clinic @ 780-865-3338 to book an appointment for these.)

    We understand the importance of having a family physician to care for you and your loved ones. If you wish to be added to our waiting list or verify if you’re already on it, please follow the steps below:

    1. Call Us: 780-865-3338 ext. 7.

    2. Leave a Message: Provide your first and last name along with your date of birth.

    3. Register Each Family Member: Ensure to register each family member separately to be added to the list.

    If your name is already on our waiting list, rest assured that your priority status will be maintained.

    Even if you don’t have a family doctor, you can receive prenatal and delivery care in Hinton. Please call us (780-865-3338) to book an initial prenatal appointment.
